Memorial Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Houston Classes

Future Champs (5-8 years old)

4:30 PM – 5:15 PM (Tues/Thurs)

We teach the future champs self-defense techniques while instilling the foundation principles of leverage and control of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The secret to the success of this program is that we make the lessons so fun that the kids beg for more self-defense games.

Juniors BJJ (9-13 years old)

5:20 PM – 6:15 PM (Tues/Thurs), 11:00 AM (Sat)

We focus on non-violent self-defense techniques that teach children to “neutralize and negotiate” with the bullies. Verbal assertiveness strategies are a major portion of this curriculum. A child needs absolutely no experience to start, and we guarantee a noticeable increase in your child’s confidence within a few weeks.

Adults Fundamental  Program

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Tues/Thurs), 12:00 PM (Sat)

In this program, you will learn the basic techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience. Upon successful completion of the Fundamental program we will promote you to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt and you will qualify for the advanced program.
